Apricot Pepper Margarita
1 shot Tequila
1 heaping Tbsp. of Just Jan’s Apricot Pepper Spread
Juice of 1/2 to 1 lime
lots of ice and a shaker and a salt rimmed glass
Add tequila and jam and lime juice. Shake together until well blended. Add ice and shake well. Make your arm tired. Pour into a salt rimmed glass. Enjoy.
“When Figs Fly” (Inspired by Tasting Table)
1 Tbsp. Just Jan’s Kadota Fig Spread
1 Tbsp. Just Jan’s Tangerine Marmalade
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
juice of 1/2 a lemon
ice
Combine fruit spreads, bourbon, lemon juice and ice in a shaker. Shake until your arm get tired. Strain into your favorite low ball glass. Add ice. (some cocktail peanuts) and you’ve got what you need for happy hour.
Sweet Mango Tango
1 1/2 oz vodka
Generous Tbsp. of Just Jan’s Mango Spread
1 oz simple syrup
juice of one lime (I used 1/2 lime and 1/2 meyer lemon)
Splash of club soda
Ice
In a cocktail shaker (or jar) add vodka, Just Jan’s Mango Spread, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and shake well. Pour over a tall glass full of ice. Finish off with a splash of club soda or mineral water. Enjoy!
Raspberry Mojito
Recipe for one tall glass
10-12 fresh mint leaves
1 to 2 Tbsp. Just Jan’s Seedless Raspberry Spread
2 Tbsp simple syrup (or to taste)
juice of 1/2 lime
club soda or mineral water
ice
Blend the jam with the simple syrup until smooth. Set aside
Muddle the mint leaves in a tall glass. (add a few fresh raspberries if you’d like)
Spoon the fruit spread into the glass. Add the rum and lime juice. Stir. Fill the glass with ice and top off with club soda to make your desired strength.

Apricot Rosemary Gin Cocktail
2 oz. gin
2 oz. rosemary lemon simple syrup (steep fresh rosemary and lemon peel in the syrup)
1 oz. fresh lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
1 oz. fresh lime juice (1/2 lime)
spoonful of Just Jans’ Apricot Spread for garnish
lots of crushed ice
1 heaping tsp. of Just Jan’s Apricot Spread
Combine in glass and stir with a long spoon.
