A gin and tonic, the quintessential summertime drink.  Let’s give it a frosty new twist with Just Jan’ Organic Strawberry Spread.  An icy fun cocktail your friends will love you to serve them on a sunny patio day. Strawberry Gin and Tonic 2 Tbsp. Just Jan’s Organic Strawberry Spread 2 to 3 sliced strawberries juice of 1/2 lime 1 tsp. sugar or simple syrup to taste (optional) Muddle together in a tall glass. Add 1 1/2 oz. Gin (vodka if you like) Tonic water and lots of ice.  Garnish with a lime or a strawberry

Creamy and icy smooth, this daiquiri blends both Just Jan’s Mango Spread and Key Lime Curd together to make a tropical cocktail worthy of one of those cute little drink umbrellas and a sunny summer day by the pool. Mango Lime Coconut Frozen Daiquiri 1/4 c. Just Jan’s Mango Spread 1/2 c. coconut cream 1/4 c. rum  (light or dark) juice of 1/2 lime 1 heaping Tbsp. Just Jan’s Key Lime Curd 1 c. ice cubes Combine all in a high speed blender until frosty smooth.
