Refund policy

Exchanges
We do not accept returns, however if your product arrives damaged or broken we are happy to send you a replacement. Simply notify us via the contact form and we will process your request in a timely manner.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you would like to request a refund, please respond to the original order email, or contact us via the contact form. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
