Pumpkin Date Granola

I made this granola for the first time recently and its already become one of my favorites, I'm sure you and your family will love it too! Pumpkin Date Granola Ingredients: 6 cups rolled oats 1 cup chopped almonds 1 cup chopped pecans ¾ cup chopped dates ½ cup almond flour 1 ½  tsp cinnamon 1 cup Just Jan’s Homestyle Pumpkin Butter ½ cup coconut oil ¼ cup honey ¼ cup Just Jan’s tangerine marmalade Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Fig Apple Strudel

  Ingredients: 4 cups peeled, cored and chopped apples I used a combination of Envy and Fuji but you can use what you have on hand. Granny Smith would work well too. Jan's Granola

  One of the best things about making your own granola is it’s like a blank canvas. I start with rolled oats and then think about the other flavors I’d like to add to make a complete perfect picture. I am calling this recipe,  Granola 2020 because without going to the store as often, I’m relying on and using what we have on hand. In going through my cupboards and freezer (for the nuts), I found some of the key ingredients to make this granola. Enjoy! Strawberry Shortcake Bars

A blend of shortcake and shortbread combined for a delicious and easy to make bar.
