Sriracha Empanadas

Ingredients: 1 premade pie crust (can also use homemade) Filling: 1lb Ground Pork 1lb Beef 6 to 8 Fresh Sage Leaves finely chopped 2 tsp Fresh Oregano leaves 3 med cloves of garlic, finely chopped 4 to 6 pickled jalapeno peppers 1 tsp juice of pickled jalapenos 1 large onion chopped 1 large carrot  chopped 1 celery stalk chopped 1/2 red bell pepper chopped 1/2 Tblsp Cumin 3/4 tsp Cinnamon 1 Tblsp Salt 1 tsp Blk pepper 1-1/2 Tblsp Tangerine Sriracha Preparation: In a medium pan combine salt, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, garlic, sage, oregano, jalapenos and jalapeno juice with ground beef and pork cook until the meats are cooked through. Fig Pizza

  Fig Pizza Ingredients 1 package soft goat cheese 1 block parmesan cheese 1 package fresh pizza dough 2 Tbs olive oil ½ cup Just Jan's Fig Spread freshly ground salt & pepper, to taste 1 bunch arugula 6 slices thinly sliced prosciuitto 1 bunch arugula     Instructions 1. Slice the goat cheese. Thinly slice the parmesan cheese. 2. Roll out the fresh pizza dough or stretch with your hands. 3. Drizzle the olive oil on the fresh pizza dough and spread with the fig spread. Add slices of  goat cheese. 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake the dough according to package instructions (about 15 minutes) until golden brown. 5. Remove pizza from the oven, and top with the prosciutto. 6. Balsamic Onion herb dip

This is a great recipe for your next gathering, its easy and fast. If you can prepare it in advance it's even better! Ingredients: 8 oz. package cream cheese 1 clove garlic minced 2 TBSP butter 1/4 tsp cracked pepper 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian Parsley 1 TBSP chopped fresh chives 1 tsp. chopped fresh basil 2-3 oz. Just Jan's Balsamic Onion Savory Spread Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until incorporated. Serve with crusty bread, crackers or veggies.

Just Jan's Cocktail Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients1 Pound ground turkey meat1/4 tsp. garlic salt1/4 tsp. ground pepper1 egg beaten1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley1/4 tsp. chopped fresh thyme1/2 c. bread crumbs or Panko1 Tbsp. milk1/4 c. minced onion2 Tbsp. vegetable oil for browningSauce1 c. Just Jan’s Muscadine Grape Spread1 c. bottled cocktail sauce DirectionsIn a Dutch oven, brown meatballs. While the meatballs are browning, mix Just Jan’s Muscadine Grape Spread with the cocktail sauce. Pour the grape mixture over the meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.

Just Jan's Original Tangerine Sriracha Wings

  Recipe adapted from bon appetit  1 lb of Chicken Wings 1 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Coriander 3/4 Tbsp Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp Canola Oil Just Jan's Original Tangerine Sriracha Rinse the wings in cold water, and clean them. After they have been cleaned drain them of any excess water and pat them dry with paper towels.  Put the wings in a bowl and add the oil and dry ingredients. Mix the wings around until they are coated.  Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a wire rack with non stick spray, and place rack inside of baking sheet.  Arrange chicken on rack in single layer and place baking sheet in oven.  Cook wings for 1 hour, turning them over...
