Meatloaf Meatballs with Cherry sauce

I suddenly found myself wanting to make meatloaf, didn't have enough meat so thought why not make meatballs instead? I may not have planned on making meatballs, but these were the best meatballs I have ever made. Moist, flavorful and delicious, the cherry sauce took this to another level. The next time I'm craving meatloaf, I'm making these instead! Apricot Pepper Glazed Tofu

  When coming up with a recipe that uses my Apricot Pepper spread, I thought about a recipe my daughter made for me recently. It was a savory, slightly sweet and spicy sauce that caramelized around the crispy tofu and when drizzled on top of the rice made a delicious and very flavorful dish. Just Jan's Apricot Pepper BBQ Ribs

BBQ Sauce Ingredients 1 Jar Just Jan’s Apricot Pepper Savory Spread 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 cup finely chopped yellow onion 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic 1 cup ketchup 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup rice vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke BBQ Sauce Instructions Begin by finely chopping 1 cup of yellow onion. In a medium saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and place the onions in the pan. Add a little salt to the onions to help them release moisture. Fig and Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients: Whole chicken half of a cut lemon  4-5 sprigs fresh thyme Kosher salt  Ground pepper  2 Tbsp. olive oil  For the sauce: 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/3 cup Just Jan's Kadota Fig Spread 2 Tbsp good quality Balsamic vinegar 1/2 chopped shallot 2 cloves minced garlic 1 - 2 Tbsp unsalted butter Kosher salt - generous pinch Ground pepper - to taste Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
