Limey Bees Knees
Serves 1
2 shots Hendrick’s Gin1 1/2 shots Honey Simple Syrup (one part honey to one part water and heat on medium in a small pot until honey is dissolved)2 tablespoon Just Jan’s Key Lime CurdJuice of one large lemon
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and then our into a glass.
Serve.
1 bottle of Zinfandel
1 1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 jar Just Jan’s Pomegranate Spread
1/2 jar Just Jan’s Tangerine Marmalade
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp. whole cloves
1/2 cup dried cherries
2 TBSP brown sugar
Garnish orange zest and orange slices
Pour one bottle of Zinfandel wine and water into a medium size pot and bring to a simmer. Add the brandy, marmalade, pomegranate spread, cinnamon, cloves, cherries and brown sugar and continue to simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
Add the brandy last and simmer for additional 2-3 minutes.
Ladle into mugs and garnish with a little orange zest and a slice of fresh orange.

1 1/2 oz Vodka (or Gin)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Heaping Teaspoon of Just Jan’s Tangerine Marmalade
Tbsp. simple syrup
Ice
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker (or jar) Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
