Limey Bees Knees

Serves 1

2 shots Hendrick’s Gin
1 1/2 shots Honey Simple Syrup (one part honey to one part water and heat on medium in a small pot until honey is dissolved)
2 tablespoon Just Jan’s Key Lime Curd
Juice of one large lemon

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake and then our into a glass.

Serve.
