Sweet Mango Tango
1 1/2 oz vodka
Generous Tbsp. of Just Jan’s Mango Spread
1 oz simple syrup
juice of one lime (I used 1/2 lime and 1/2 meyer lemon)
Splash of club soda
Ice
In a cocktail shaker (or jar) add vodka, Just Jan’s Mango Spread, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and shake well. Pour over a tall glass full of ice. Finish off with a splash of club soda or mineral water. Enjoy!
Raspberry Mojito
Recipe for one tall glass
10-12 fresh mint leaves
1 to 2 Tbsp. Just Jan’s Seedless Raspberry Spread
2 Tbsp simple syrup (or to taste)
juice of 1/2 lime
club soda or mineral water
ice
Blend the jam with the simple syrup until smooth. Set aside
Muddle the mint leaves in a tall glass. (add a few fresh raspberries if you’d like)
Spoon the fruit spread into the glass. Add the rum and lime juice. Stir. Fill the glass with ice and top off with club soda to make your desired strength.

Apricot Rosemary Gin Cocktail
2 oz. gin
2 oz. rosemary lemon simple syrup (steep fresh rosemary and lemon peel in the syrup)
1 oz. fresh lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
1 oz. fresh lime juice (1/2 lime)
spoonful of Just Jans’ Apricot Spread for garnish
lots of crushed ice
1 heaping tsp. of Just Jan’s Apricot Spread
Combine in glass and stir with a long spoon.
Pomegranate Lemonade Spritzer
1 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice (5 to 6 lemons)
1/2 c. simple syrup
1/4 c. Just Jan’s Pomegranate Spread
Whirl together in the blender to mix. This is your “base”. Fill a favorite glass half full of this mix, (add vodka if you like) Add ice and club soda (or mineral water) to fill glass. Garnish with lemon slices and pomegranate arils.
Just Jan’s Sangria
1 bottle fruity red wine
4 oz. vodka (or brandy)
1/4 c. Just Jan’s Seedless Raspberry Spread
1/4 c. Just Jan’s Tangerine Marmalade
1 c. sliced citrus (meyer lemon, orange, lime, lemon)
Juice of a whole orange
Juice of a lime
ice
splash of mineral water or club soda
In a pitcher combine the red wine, vodka (or brandy) Just Jan’s Seedless Raspberry Spread, Just Jan’s Tangerine Marmalade, orange juice, lime juice. Chill until the flavors are melded. (4 to 8 hours) Serve in an ice filled glass with a splash of fizzy water.
