Just Jan's Cocktail Turkey Meatballs


1 Pound ground turkey meat

1/4 tsp. garlic salt

1/4 tsp. ground pepper

1 egg beaten

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1/4 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

1/2 c. bread crumbs or Panko

1 Tbsp. milk

1/4 c. minced onion

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil for browning


1 c. Just Jan’s Muscadine Grape Spread

1 c. bottled cocktail sauce


In a Dutch oven, brown meatballs. While the meatballs are browning, mix Just Jan’s Muscadine Grape Spread with the cocktail sauce. Pour the grape mixture over the meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
