Tangerine Sriracha
Tangerine Sriracha started with a pepper tree in my backyard...ok that's not what happened. I love experimenting in the kitchen, but this particular sauce was the creation of my partner in crime, Kris Mason. While I was away attending my twin daughters college graduations, Kris got into the kitchen and made his own sriracha sauce which he combined with my Tangerine Marmalade. The result is Tangerine Sriracha — a sauce that is simply amazing. It has the tangy sweetness of tangerine, matched with the brightness of vinegar, the savory flavor of garlic, the heat of red chiles and a smooth finish with a hint of coriander. Don't say we didn't warn you...One taste and you'll be hooked.
Ingredients: Red Jalapeños, Cane Sugar, Tangerine Concentrate, Vinegar, Tangerine Peel, Salt, Garlic, Spices.
