As we have introduced our scones over the past year, one question we got pretty regularly was "are they gluten free?" Last year was so busy we couldn't really think about a GF scone too much. But this year we are excited to introduce our scones made with gluten-free flour. If you wanted a great gluten free scone, look no further! These scones are the same as our conventional scones, the only change is we use our GF flour blend instead of all purpose flour. If you have Celiac disease, please know that these scones are made with gluten free flour, however we are unable to bake in a kitchen that is completely gluten free.

Your scones should be frozen, partially frozen, cool to the touch or thawed when you open the package. If you are not serving or eating them immediately we recommend storing them in the freezer until you are ready to serve. Our scones can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 weeks, but fully thawed scones should only be thawed and re-frozen once.
Serving:
All scones are fully baked and ready to eat when thawed. For the best experience though we recommend heating before serving.
