Dear Sea Raven,

While sailing across grey seas, beneath grey clouds, I came upon
a coast, and there upon entered a cove of serenity and peace.
I anchored for a while to explore the sights and sounds of its
richly forested banks, to sense the life expressed in the music
of the wind in the trees and the security of the rocky headlands
which protect its tranquil waters.

With ships, most landfalls bring also the prospect of putting
once again to sea...always too soon; and the cove seems to know
of partings also. But your cove is now marked on my chart, and
my ship will call upon this harbor again, to look further at the
variety that is expressed there.

May you know the fulfillment of the prayer and the psalm...
